Our rock'n'roller charm sure seems reminiscent of the king himself - Elvis Presley. But, alas, we think he must be an impersonator. In any case, he's got all the style and flare of the star himself.
He is singing and playing the guitar - and he's only 15/16 inch high (including the loop) and 1/2 inch wide. There is quite a lot of detail on this little fellow - from the bell bottoms to the starched collar to the electric guitar!

Mirrored Plexiglas Motif - The King Himself - Elvis Presley

Several years ago, I found a wonderful plastic store in New York City. There were bins full of these motifs that were made for people who never picked them up for some reason. After digging through them for just the perfect ones for a special project, I found a very few of these mirrored Plexiglas silhouettes of Elvis in full bravado singing mode - microphone and all.
Some may have minor scratches, but they are all in great shape. We only have as many as they had that day, so we can't get any more. The King measures 2-1/2 inches tall by 2 inches wide (at his feet). He is flat on both sides, but only the front is mirrored. He is about 3mm thick.

Art Postcard - Vintage Elvis, Commemorating 50 Years

This postcard was originally printed in 1985 and this one was reproduced in 1988. The salmon background almost makes it look original. We think the photograph was taken around 1968, when Elvis was a mere 30 years old. But, we can't be sure. In any case it really is vintage and it is Elvis. What more can we say!?
