We put this together over 8 years ago and misplaced it! Well, the only problem with finding things that we made so long ago - is that we have no idea how much wire is in each assortment - but it's a lot and we think this is a great price for it! There are lots of colors in nice sized pieces.
And, it's really fun to play with in your artwork. The bright neon-colors are vibrant on this metallic coated wire. Bend it in to fanciful shapes, or use it to fasten items with in your assemblages! You can even use it to wrap gifts - just curl and coil some around a pencil. It looks great in floral arrangements, too!

One Gross of Vintage Plastic Zoo Animals

Originally a Shredded Wheat premium, this zoo full of animals hails from the 1950s or 1960s. On the back of each of the animals is the animals name. There are all kinds here: bears, wolves, birds, elephants and more! Each bag contains an assortment of a gross (144) individual plastic pieces. Each assortment is different.
Some of the animals come in several colors. These were originally intended as some sort of learning toy. On the back of each animal is the name molded into the plastic. When we inspected them all, we expected to find one animal for every letter of the alphabet, but no such luck. Not quite all of the letters were represented. But you can rest assured that you'll get a good mix!
Most of the little critters stand nicely on their flat bases. There might be a few that need a touch of trimming to stand properly. The back (except for the name) is flat. The front of each character is 3-dimensional and nicely detailed.
At less than 18¢ each, these are a bargain. We've seen them on eBay in smaller groups for much, much more!

The stickers and seals from the early to mid-20th century are beyond compare in their elegance, design, color printing and expert die cutting. We're happy to present a package of 5 assorted die cut gummed seals.
The seals vary in size and shape as well as in subject matter. Some are made of foil and embossed, some are flocked, and some are so intricately cut that you'd wonder how it was accomplished!
Each set is different as we've taken these from our personal collections. Some of them are even quite rare. You can use them in your artwork in much the same manner as die cuts or scraps.
Because the adhesive on the back is as vintage as the pieces themselves, we recommend that you moisten them with a sponge or cloth. Or, use archival glue or paste instead of the vintage adhesive.
