Such sweet little posies make a lovely doll bouquet or an addition to a special little girl's hair ribbon. There are so very many uses for these lovely velvet blossoms. Each little bloom measures between 3/8 and 1/2 inch in diameter and there are one full dozen per bundle. The stems are hand wrapped in light green, making the bouquet ever so much more appealing for springtime.
Our little posies are new, but they are reminiscent of times gone by and could easily be mistaken for vintage Victorian!
These may require some fluffing when they arrive. Just like the originals from oh, so long ago, they arrive flat and we fluff them up a bit for you. But you can arrange them any way you like!

Glass Bottle Charm with Round Rubber Stopper

This little bottle measures 33 mm high (without the stopper) - that's just under 1-1/2 inch. The stopper and the silvery bail make the entire piece 2 inches high. The base is about 1/2 inch in diameter.

Like life itself, Mirage Beads are always changing and mysterious.
Anyone who was around in the 1970s will probably remember mood rings and mood necklaces. The technology is a bit more advanced today, so we can offer you these magnificent Persian-style beads that change with your body chemistry or your body heat. We're not sure, so we'll just call them magic!
Because of the design, the colors in a single bead will vary from black to yellow to deep blue to orange and so on. The intricate filigree offsets the transitions - so the colors in each bead appear to be flowing.
You'll only need one of these to create a stunning bracelet - but just imagine how gorgeous the look if they encircle your entire wrist!
The color-changing thermo-sensitive liquid crystal beads are the main focus. The mirage or mood beads are made of nickel-free white-plated brass. Long chain crystals in the colored section of the beads refract light in uniquely at different temperatures - creating a different look every time you change your mood or environment.
Each bead measures 11mm (not quite 1/2 inch) in diameter) and feature a larger than average stringing hole so that you can use just about any type of stringing material - wire, stretchy cord, sterling, leather, or other types. These beads are lightweight so they are perfect year round.

We have long been enchanted by scraps and die cuts - especially the vintage ones. And, of course, many are hard to find - especially those of the Krampus Devil. Known for his connection with Santa Claus, or Saint Nicholas, the Krampus delivered negative rewards to those who made the naughty list.
This extremely rare and striking scrap was created in the early to mid 20th century by the Heller Company, who produced gorgeous pieces in Austria. We guess that this fellow must be out to scare those bad little children who didn't mind their parents!
He measures approximately 3-1/8 inches high by 1-5/8 inch wide.

Originally produced as do-it-yourself doll house furniture, we think this is one of the coolest little boxes for making a three tiered shrine. It is made of pine and the two shelves inside have rounded corners near the door. This is visible in the shrine on the right.
The total height, including the feet, is 4-1/2 inches. The decorative top is 2-5/8 inches wide and the actual width is just under 2-1/2 inches. From front to back, the top is 1-3/8 inch, but the depth of the shrine itself is about 1-1/8 inch. There is a tiny round knob to help you open and close the door.

Photography was once reserved only for the affluent...a gallery of framed faces in the foyer was a most prestigious domestic attribute. Given the exorbitant cost of portrait photography in the late 1800s, it was unthinkable to discard a valuable photograph due to a broken relationship.
Rather, the undesirable subject would simply be folded back or scissored off. The slender frame which found the height of its popularity after 1910, later came to be known as a Dear John Frame after t he war era, thus accommodating the lonely heart beautifully!

Each of these beads has been created by hand and then hand finished. Most of the skeleton has been finished in bisque (a matte textural finish). Little bits of shiny glaze have been added in white and in colors on the 3-dimensional accented parts (like the flowers). The eye sockets have been darkened, the teeth painted in and glazed and little filigree strokes have been added.
Every bead is hand painted and fired for a striking appearance. As you can see from the illustration, no two are painted the same, so please let us choose one for you. Colors vary, so we cannot promise a certain color, but if you choose to specify a color, we will try to honor your request. Each order brings us different colors, so our selection often varies.

These wonderful gummed stickers feature water activated adhesive - originally you'd lick these to stick them! We suggest that you use a dampened sponge because we're not completely sure of their origin.
The stickers are meant for sealing specialized documents, usually legal. Each has eight rounded or wavy corners of sorts. Each package is said to contain 1,000 pieces. While we've not counted them, we suspect that each box is full or almost full because they are packed pretty full.
Each seal measures about 3/4 inch in diameter. The box measures 2-3/8 inches square by just about 1 inch high.

But, it was designed for you to make 2 pendants or shrines - with just some imagination and glue. We're showing a completed shrine on the left and a shrine necklace on the right. We made our necklace with gimp cord, but ball chain or other chain or ribbon will work well, too.

Each of these tremendous little dolls is more interesting than the next. We had a hard time working once these arrived. We had to examine each and every one of them. They are called Frozen Charlotte Dolls or Frozen Charlotta Dolls. They were made in Germany
They appear to have have been manufactured as far back as the early 1850s. Their history is quite intriguing, as is their allure. Some are bisque, but most are made of glazed porcelain. They were known in Germany as Bathing Children (Badekinder) or Naked Babies (Nackfrosh).
Charlottes were named after a young Victorian girl who went out dancing with her beau. Against Mother's advice, she left without her coat and froze in the snow. This is the story of an old folksong called Fair Charlotte often attributed to William Lorenzo Carter.
The dolls were made from the 1850s through the early 20th century and sold for about a penny each in the United States. Children would dress them and were able to collect a few because of the nice price. In fact they were often called penny dolls.
Ours have been dug up in Germany near the original factories. All of our are missing an arm or a leg or feet, etc. We think the damage endears them even more. We have not cleaned them, so you can enjoy discovering the unique beauty of your own doll. Just use a mild soap gently with water.
If whole, these lovelies might sell for $125 to $300 each. They measure from just under 2 inches to just over 3 inches high. If you have a specific request, we'll try to honor it. However, these are vintage and we only have a limited grouping.
Several of the dolls are in our illustration, but we do have more than the pictured ones.

They are a bit too large for earrings (at least for us, maybe you'll disagree), but they are great for matching sides of a shrine or nicho or ofrenda.
Each one measures 2 inches high from base to the tips of the ears and 1-7/8 inch wide.
The trompe-d'oeuil photograph makes each of these components absolutely amazing. And the laser cutting is so precise that they actually appear to be real!
Each is laser cut from 1/8 inch thick wood. The sides are natural dark brown wood color and the back has been painted black. To use as jewelry or for extended exposure, you may want to add a sealer.

Ours have been dug up in Germany near the original factories. These tiny dolls are almost perfect, but have a bit of damage, but not much. We have not cleaned them, so you can enjoy discovering the unique beauty of your own doll. Just use a mild soap gently with water.

This stunning flaming heart or Sacred Heart milagro, or ex voto, is made of hand hammered copper and boasts an aged patina. It measures about 3-1/2 inches high and 2 inches wide. On the top there is a hole for hanging. Traditionally, these are hung on a nail only.
It makes a significant addition to a shrine or ofrenda (personal altar). The image of the Sacred or Flaming Heart is universal throughout Christian countries.

Handmade Nickel-Plated Angel Heart Milagro
This milagro is absolutely stunning. The flaming heart is bordered with angels. One on either side and a cherub below. The nickel-plating is bright and shiny and adds to the elegance. The milagro measures just about 3 inches wide by a little over 3 inches long. There is a hole at the top for hanging.
To hang this ornament in the traditional manner, simply hammer a nail through the top. Or, you can thread a ribbon or cord through the hole and hang it in that manner.
Each of wonderful ornaments is hand made and hand painted by traditional artisans, so please allow for slight variation.

We could hardly contain ourselves when we opened these gorgeous milagros. Meant for shrines and ofrendas, this small copper heart could easily be used as a centerpiece for a necklace, or, indeed for earrings.
Measuring 1-5/8 inch high by 1-1/4 inch wide, this piece is loaded with detail. The styling is primitive but elegant.
